Beef Kofta Kebabs with Cous Cous!!😍😍😍

Beef Kofta Kebabs

Ingredients
Minced Beef
Diced Onions
4 Cloves of Garlic, peeled and Crushed
1tsp of Ground Cumin
1tsp of Garam Masala
1 Sprig of fresh Coriander, chopped
Chilli Powder
1 Sprig of fresh Parsley, chopped
1tsp Cinnamon
2 Green Chillies, Chopped
2 Red Chillies, Chopped
Kebab Skewers
Salt & black pepper
Freshly chopped Ginger

In a large Mixing bowl, mix together the crushed garlic with beef, add the onion, parsley, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, chilli powder, fresh Chillies, ginger, garam masala, salt and pepper then mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Transfer the mixture into a food processor and blend. Form the mixture into balls by dipping your hands in water, this stops the mixture sticking to your hands. Form each ball around the tip of a skewer, flattening into ac2 inch oval; repeat with the remaining skewers.

Place the kebabs onto a baking sheet, cover and refrigerate for at least 30mins.

When you’re ready preheat your oven at about 180oC/350oF/Gas Mark 4

Cook the skewers in the oven, turning occasionally until the beef has cooked to your liking.
For those of you that don’t like Cous Cous you can eat it with anything you prefer :)
